The registered society that owns and governs both IPS campuses. Its office-bearers — President, Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Secretary — set policy, oversee finances, and are accountable for the school's direction.
IPS Karhera (this campus, est. 2011) is led day-to-day by the Principal. The Society also runs IPS Panchsheel Park, led by its Executive Director.
