What happens at each stage

Start here. Parents can enquire in three ways:

  • Online form: Fill out our enquiry form on this site (takes ~2 minutes)
  • Call us: +91 90151 51623, Mon–Fri, 9 AM–4 PM
  • WhatsApp: Send a message to +91 90151 51623 with your child's name, class, and contact info

Once submitted, our admissions team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm a campus visit date and answer any initial questions.

Bring your child and see the campus firsthand. The visit typically includes:

  • A tour of classrooms, labs, library, and sports grounds
  • Meeting with staff and current students
  • A chat with our Principal or senior management
  • Time to ask questions about curriculum, fees, transport, or anything else

We schedule visits Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4 PM. Bring your child's birth certificate and any school records if switching schools.

Pre-Primary (Nursery–KG): A 20-minute play-based interaction with our teacher. We're looking for readiness to learn, social skills, and how your child responds to new people — not academic performance.

Classes I–V: A short English and Math assessment (30 minutes total) to understand your child's current level and how we can support them.

Classes VI–XII: An assessment in English, Math, and relevant core subjects (1 hour total). This helps us place your child in the right stream and level.

Assessment results are shared with parents within one week. A low score does not mean automatic rejection — we look at potential, learning attitude, and fit with our school community.

Once your child has passed the assessment, we'll send you:

  • An admission letter with fees, schedule, and next steps
  • A list of required documents (birth certificate, immunization records, previous school reports, etc.)
  • Details on uniform, books, and transport options

Confirm your child's seat by submitting the admission fee within 7 days. Document submission can happen before the school year begins.

No hidden charges. All fees are listed upfront on our Fee Structure page. We offer no "capitation fees" or under-the-table payments.

Before You Apply

Class-wise eligibility

Age requirements follow CBSE guidelines. Children must have turned the required age by the 31st of March in the year of admission.

Pre-Primary

Nursery (LKG): 2.5+ years | Sr. KG: 3.5+ years

Primary

Class I: 5+ years | Class II–V: As per age group (one class per age cohort)

Middle School

Classes VI–VIII: Standard age progression. Assessment required for all entry classes.

Secondary & Senior Secondary

Class IX–XII: Previous school records and assessment required. Science stream available in Class XI.

Entrance examinations? We do not conduct entrance exams for Pre-Primary. For Classes I–XII, students take a short skills-based assessment to determine placement and support level — this is not a "pass or fail" exam.
Common Questions

Admissions FAQs

Is there a waiting list or quota system?

Admissions are processed first-come, first-served based on availability in each class. Once a class is full, we maintain a waiting list. We do not operate on any quota or reservation system.

Can my child transfer mid-year?

Yes, depending on class availability. Mid-year admissions follow the same assessment process. Fees are prorated for the remainder of the academic year.

What if my child fails the assessment?

A single assessment score does not determine admission. We consider your child's learning attitude, potential, and behavior. In some cases, we may suggest starting one class lower, or we may invite your child to retest after a few weeks of preparation.

Are there scholarships available?

Yes. Merit scholarships are available for Classes VI–XII based on entrance assessment performance. Limited need-based scholarships are also offered. Inquire during your campus visit or contact our admissions team for details.

What if my child is joining from a non-CBSE board?

Our assessment is designed to evaluate your child's readiness, regardless of their previous board. We may offer additional support during the transition to CBSE curriculum. Our placement team will discuss this during the admission process.

How are fees paid, and can we get a payment plan?

Fees are due at the start of each term (April, September, and January). Payment options include online transfer, cheque, or cash. We offer a 3% discount for annual upfront payment. Special payment arrangements can be discussed with the accounts office.
